Create record from others (Clone)

If you need to create a record that is very similar to one that already exists, you don't have to type everything again. You can use the Clone function to create a new record by copying fields from an existing one.

1. Open the record already in the system that you wish to clone.

2. Click the "Clone" button in the upper right corner of the screen.

3. The system will open an editable copy of the record. Delete the old information and enter the details for the new record.

4. Click the green "Save" button located in the upper right corner.
