Basic search sorting

You can choose how you want to view the results list at the top of the search screen. There are two main options:

• Registration date – Shows the newest files recently created in the system first.
• Last modification – Shows the recently modified files first (where someone edited data or added a new document).

Note: The date and user filters you apply will work according to the option you chose above. For example, if you choose "Last change," the system will search for when it was modified and/or who modified it.
