Matters Spreadsheet: Standard Matter Spreadsheet

Data import allows for the creation of multiple records at once, eliminating the need for individual manual registrations. The process uses a spreadsheet with pre-defined columns where each filled row corresponds to a new record to be inserted into the system. It is important to note that each spreadsheet template is specific to a single register type.
The usage of import procedures is exclusive to users with Administrator permissions.

Guidelines for filling out the spreadsheet

  • If there is a need to import spreadsheets for companies, perform this procedure before importing matters.
  • Keep the original format of the spreadsheet, avoiding merging columns or rows.
  • Do not remove existing columns or add new ones.
  • Use plain text, as formatting such as bold or italic is not transferred to the system.
  • If any column does not apply to your business model, leave the field blank and fill in the next column.

Performing the import in the system

After completing the spreadsheet according to the guidelines on the second tab of the file, it can be uploaded directly to the administrator area.

1. Click on your username located in the upper right corner of the screen.

2. Select the Admin option.
3. Click on Procedures.
4. Select the Import Matters procedure from the list of available procedures.
5. Choose the spreadsheet and the confidentiality area where the records will be created.
6. Click on Execute.
