Saving e-mail in Mcfile
Often we need to save important information received by email for future reference. With this in mind, McFile features a functionality to save emails within the system.
It can be used in two ways: by sending directly to the email address provided during your first access, or through Outlook with McFile for Outlook or McOffice.
Saving email by sending to domain@mcfile.com (Address provided in the Welcome to McFile e-mail):
1. Copy the barcode located in the upper-left corner of the desired destination page.

2. Send the email to the system, filling the subject line with "#" followed by the copied barcode.

Attention! To attach to more than one different document, include their barcodes separated by a space.
To change the email's privacy area, include @(privacy area name) in the subject.

The saved email will appear in the "Emails" tab at the top of the record page corresponding to the barcode entered in the subject.
