Sending files via e-mail through McFile
McFile allows you to send files without needing to download them to your computer, streamlining internal processes and saving time. You can send files in two main ways:
From the file viewer screen
1. Click the "Share" button at the top of the viewer.
2. Select the "Send as attachment" option.
From the record screen
1. Click the "Share" button located to the right of the desired file.
2. Select the "Send as attachment" option.
Sending the e-mail
Once you select the sending option, a window will open for you to fill in the e-mail details and the message body. The chosen file will already be attached.
