Generating custom report
The Custom Report is a flexible tool that allows for the creation of tailored reports according to the specific needs of each analysis. With it, you can define titles, select specific columns, apply detailed filters, and choose the file output format, ensuring that data is presented in an organized and strategic manner.
Generating an advanced report via the main menu
Accessing through the menu allows for complete configuration, where everything from the record type to the report file format is defined.
1. Access the McFile reports page by clicking Reports in the navigation menu.
2. In the Reports section, select Custom Report.
3. Select the record type that will serve as the report's base (such as "Document," for example).
4. Select the desired output format by clicking PDF, HTML, or XLS to complete the generation.

The report structure includes several parameter fields that define everything from file identification to the level of detail of the displayed data.
- Title: Allows for the assignment of a custom name to the report to facilitate future identification.
- Format: Defines whether the visual layout of information in the file will be organized in columns or rows.
- Attached Files and Show Files: Filters records that have linked files and allows for the inclusion of attachment names directly in the body of the report.
- Period: Sets the time interval for the search, filtering records according to their registration date in the system.
- Filters and Fields: Offers the exact selection of which columns should compose the report, in addition to allowing for the configuration of the sorting and priority sequence of the information.

2. Click on the Custom Report option available on the results screen.

The Custom Report preparation screen will open with the same criteria used in your previous search already pre-filled.
